IPTV Pro — Terms of Service
The plain-English rules of the road for using your IPTV Pro subscription.
Hey — thanks for choosing IPTV Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of iptvepro.online and the IPTV Pro subscription that comes with it. We've kept the language as plain as we can, because nobody enjoys reading legalese. If something here isn't clear or you'd like a question answered before you sign up, please contact us — we read every message.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, starting a 24-hour free trial, or paying for any IPTV Pro plan, you're confirming that you've read these Terms and our Privacy Policy and that you agree to follow them. If any part of these Terms doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the service.
You also confirm you're at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Service Description
IPTV Pro provides access to a curated catalog of live and on-demand streams via subscription. Viewers must comply with their local broadcast and content laws. Channel availability, line-ups, and on-demand titles can change at any time as licensing and regional rights evolve.
The service is delivered over the public internet and works with popular player apps such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Perfect Player, GSE Smart IPTV, and any M3U-compatible client. We don't manufacture or sell the player apps themselves — we provide the credentials and the playlist that work inside them.
3. Account Responsibilities
Your IPTV Pro account is for you and your household. Please look after it like you would any other login.
- Use a valid email address when signing up so we can reach you about renewals, changes, and support.
- Keep your password and playlist URL private. Each connection slot on your plan represents one device streaming at a time — sharing credentials outside the household isn't allowed.
- You're responsible for activity on your account. If you suspect someone else has gained access, let us know on the contact page right away.
- Need more simultaneous streams for your household? Upgrade your connection tier on the pricing page instead of sharing one slot.
4. Subscription, Payment & Auto-Renewal
IPTV Pro is sold on a subscription basis — monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual. Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page, and your local taxes (where applicable) are added at checkout.
Payments are handled by trusted processors (Stripe, PayPal, and select crypto gateways). We don't see or store your full card details. By default, paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the same method, so your stream doesn't go dark unexpectedly. We send a reminder email before each renewal — if you'd rather not continue, just cancel before that date.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
You can cancel any time from your account, by replying to your renewal email, or by reaching out via the contact page. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your current period stays active until it expires.
Refund eligibility (including the 24-hour money-back guarantee on first-time purchases) is set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
IPTV Pro is for personal, in-household viewing. To keep the service fast and fair for everyone, please don't:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute your account, playlist URL, or any part of the service.
- Use the service in a public venue (bars, hotels, gyms, offices, salons) without a separate commercial agreement.
- Run bots, scrapers, automated downloaders, or any tool designed to capture or rebroadcast streams.
- Try to bypass DRM, geo-fencing, rate limits, or other protections built into the service.
- Use the service to break the law in your country, or to harass, defame, or harm anyone else.
- Stress-test, port-scan, or otherwise probe our infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse these rules, with no refund for time lost to misuse.
7. Intellectual Property
All channels, on-demand titles, and other content delivered through IPTV Pro are owned by their respective broadcasters, studios, and rights holders. They license that content to distributors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any content to you — your subscription grants a personal, limited right to view it during your billing period.
The IPTV Pro name, logo, website design, and supporting code are owned by IPTV Pro. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers & Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime and run load-balanced servers across the EU, US, and Asia, but we can't promise the service will be perfect 100% of the time. The internet is messy, and sometimes things outside our control (an upstream provider, your home network, a content licensor, force majeure) interrupt playback.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by your local law. We do our best to keep things running smoothly and to fix issues quickly when they pop up.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, IPTV Pro and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or missed games — arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
Where liability can't legally be excluded, our total liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the current billing period.
10. Changes to Terms
The IPTV space moves quickly, so we may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, send a heads-up email to active subscribers. If you keep using IPTV Pro after a change goes live, you're agreeing to the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. We'll always try to sort out disagreements through a friendly conversation first — please reach out via the contact page. If a dispute can't be resolved that way, it'll be settled through binding arbitration under standard international rules.
