1. Try Before You Buy

3. Conditions for Refund

Second, the issue is technical and confirmed on our side: server downtime, missing channels you were promised on the channel list, or a plan that genuinely won't load on the device you bought it for.
And third, your account shows fewer than roughly 12 hours of total stream usage. If you've already watched a full weekend of live sports on the line, that's not a setup issue — that's a working subscription, and the 24-hour trial existed precisely to prevent that situation.
4. Non-Refundable Situations

If you specifically picked a recurring monthly option at checkout, you can switch off the auto-renewal at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or hitting the contact page. We'll stop the next charge — your current month keeps running until it expires, and you won't be billed again. There's no early-termination fee and no "cancellation form" you have to dig for.
